As business slows across Tennessee due to coronavirus, real estate market remains steady

As more businesses temporarily shutter due to the coronavirus, its effects spread further than just health concerns as people brace for how it harms the economy.
Although real estate agents have felt some effects of the virus, the housing market is still going strong, agents said.
Agent Bobby Smith, who works with Parks Real Estate, said his company has canceled all open houses indefinitely. When it comes to showings, agents make sure they don't overlap.
