Our Team
Mike PostReal Estate Broker I have been a real estate broker for fifteen years. I love people, and I love to work. I'm an optimist who does his homework. I believe in the goodness of people and the Cubs' chances this year. I believe in the power of prayer, but I think you have to show up, too. I think it is better to own than rent and to ask than to not know. I like small churches and big cars. The way that people get about babies - I get that way about dogs. My favorite ten or so days each year is when my entire family gets together. I am married to a beautiful, wonderful wife who 'gets' me. I have two kiddos who are my heart and my purpose. I could have been a professional whistler, if there is such a thing. I love flat farmland and loathe cold weather, both because they remind me of growing up in Illinois - go figure. I've been skydiving, but I'm still scared of heights. I think traveling is the new shopping. And I can have absolutely nothing in common with someone, but if we make each other laugh, we'll be friends for life. |
Tiffany OlsonDirector of Client Services
Tiffany has a B.S. and M.S. in Communication from Illinois State University and, at different times, has called Chicago, Los Angeles, and Nashville home. From an executive office suite start-up where she served as the Director of Sales and Marketing to working as a Marketing and Leasing Assistant at an international real estate development company, Tiffany's real estate experience runs the gamut. Since the inception of Post & Company, she has worked closely with clients and helped manage the firm's transactions. Tiffany's personality trait of "talks too much" (3rd grade report card) now translates into strong people skills. Tiffany is married to Chad, and they have three children: Liliana, Kallen, and Brinley. Tiffany loves traveling, has taught public speaking on the college level for seventeen years, enjoys working out (only because she also loves to eat good food!), has been to Disney World with Oprah, and is a world-class scream singer in the car (much to the chagrin of everyone else). |
Ben LappAffiliate Broker Ben was born and raised in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York. As a young boy he grew up with a front seat view of what it took to have a successful family business, and it instilled in him the value of hard work and long term relationships. He loves people, and finds a lot of fulfillment in seeing other’s dreams fulfilled. He loves seeing things come to life, and enjoys doing complete home renovations on investment houses or using old refurbished lumber to make furniture out of. Things he values most in life would be his faith in God, his beautiful wife Alicia, and their two little girls: Ayla and Aveline. They love going to local parks to hang out, or enjoying the foodie experience of all the wonderful cafes and coffee shops Nashville calls home. He also loves pheasant hunting, hiking, and just simply being outdoors. He’s an avid reader and podcaster and is always learning and growing. Some of his philosophies about life include: Honor people, even when there is disagreement. Treat other people the way you want to be treated. The best gift for kids is a good marriage and family to grow up in. Believe that people genuinely want to succeed and live a good life, and help empower them to do so. |
Todd EdwardsAffiliate Broker Born and raised in Middle Tennessee and still possessing his 1992 Opryland USA theme park season pass, Todd is a true Nashville native. After graduating from Lipscomb University, Todd served as Vice President - Sales & Marketing at a local engineering company as well as the Digital Marketing Specialist for Maury Regional Health in Columbia. Strangely, much of his childhood was spent measuring the square footage of family members’ homes and watching real estate listings on local access cable. Licensed since 2011, and having lived in several of Nashville’s pockets and suburbs, Todd enjoys helping others looking to sell or buy a home across much of Middle Tennessee. Todd is thrilled to be a part of the Post & Company team, and when he's not showing homes, he spends his time with his wife and two children or working on various construction and home improvement projects. |
